CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the nature of Easter holidays bookings and airfare within Australia, both deposits and balance payments for the Ancestral Bridge Journey, April 1, 2017 to April 13, 2017 are non-refundable, though maybe transferable to another party.

TOUR CHARGES INCLUSIONS AND EXCLUSIONS

Tour charges include all the services listed on the detailed itinerary as well as our service charges for making the tour arrangements. Tour charges are quoted as a package price for the entire group for all the services provided and are subject to change: If the services listed are not available due to any unforeseen circumstances then the closest substitute arrangements will be provided and the additional expense, if any, will be paid by the Tour purchasers. The Tour charges do not include overseas flights, alcoholic beverages, meals at restaurants and cafes, bank transfer fees, drivers and hotel staff, portage at any airport, train station or bus terminus, or any monument or attraction fees not listed on the tour itinerary. They do not include items of a personal nature including, but not limited to, telephone calls, laundry bills, toiletries or medications. They do not include transfers not specified on the Tour itinerary, travel, tour or baggage insurance, visa or passport fees, departure taxes, entry fees or special permit fees and other items not listed on the itinerary.

INTERNATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

All Tour participants must be in possession of a valid and current passport and the necessary visa to enter into Australia. No immunizations are necessary. 

Travel Insurance to cover for any unforeseen circumstances is ESSENTIAL!

MANAGEMENT AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Ancestral Bridge Tour specified is under the management of Loving Waters Journeys, Shelley Darling, Julie Armstrong and Najma Ahern, hereinafter referred to as the Tour Coordinators.

All suppliers providing tour services, including but not limited to airlines, buses, hotels, vehicles, restaurants, attraction operators, sightseeing guides and the like, are independent contractors and are not agents, employees of or joint ventures with the Tour Coordinators and their affiliates. The Tour Coordinators have no control over such supplier’s actions and activities and as such the Tour Coordinators shall not be responsible for the deficiency, if any, in the services provided by such suppliers. Tour participants shall abide by the terms and conditions stipulated by such suppliers. All transportation and other services provided are subject to the laws of the country and the locality in which they are provided. If the services specified on the Tour Itinerary cannot be supplied or there are changes to the Tour Itinerary for reasons beyond the control of the Tour Coordinators, any resulting additional expense will be payable by the Tour Purchasers. The Tour Coordinators reserve the right to make any changes in Tour Arrangements that might become necessary, with or without notice, and any additional expense, will be paid by the Tour Purchasers before or during the Tour.

Loving Waters Journeys and Tour Coordinators shall not be liable for any damage, loss (including personal injury, death and property loss) or expense caused by any act or omission of any supplier providing tour services or of any other person. No person other than an authorized representative of the Tour Coordinators, is authorized to change, add or waive any term or condition set forth in the preceding provisions and such change must be in writing.
